We’ve taken our 2016 barrel fermented Chardonnay, carefully decanted it, then freshened it up with stainless steel fermented Chardonnay from the outstanding 2022 vintage. This blend, a non-vintage or NV for short, marries the lively fruit flavors and minerality found in the younger Chardonnay with the complexity and silky texture of the older wine. Flavors of pear nectar, with subtle hints of vanilla and bread dough, come together on the long fruit finish.
