Fermented in neutral older oak barrels with no malolactic fermentation, our Chardonnay gets its silky texture and balance from sur lies aging. Highlighted with notes of pear nectar and fresh cut apple, this wine finishes through with a refreshing acidity. A portion of the proceeds funds growing 100 oak tree saplings each year, gifted to kindergartners each fall.
