Return Policy

Returning or Exchanging an Item:
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days. To return or exchange an item, please complete the following steps:

  1. Please contact us by email, [email protected], or by telephone, (631) 765-8929.
  2. Clearly explain your reason(s) for the return or exchange and list all the pertinent details relating to the order such as order number, full name, and date of the order.
  3. There is a 15% restocking fee on all returned/cancelled orders and shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The restocking fee will be waived if Coffee Pot Cellars made an error during order fulfillment or if the wine is defective.
  4. If the complaint has to do with freight damage, we will work on your behalf to gain reimbursement from the appropriate freight company. Coffee Pot Cellars is not responsible for orders damaged during shipping by common carriers.

Note: The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited in the amount of the product sale. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your bill.
